Albert Isaac<\/strong> was a schoolteacher, a painter, a cartoonist, a writer, a filmmaker and an Olympic swimmer. He won the National Journalism Award for his cartoons, and was an Olympic medallist, as well as the first director of the Mexican Film Institute. He also directed 16 films, four of them documentaries.
