Wenceslao, a fisherman from San Mateo del Mar, is forced to work in lagoons where fish stocks are depleted and adversity comes in plenty. These conflicts in his community are a consequence of the construction of wind farms in the Oaxaca\u2019s Tehuantepec Isthmus.<\/p>\n

BIOGRAPHY<\/h3>\n

Juan Ernesto Regalado Morales<\/strong> has been an activist in different social groups since he was 15. He participated in the organization of cultural and sport events in Juchit\u00e1n, Oaxaca, including the First National Urban Art Event \u201cEntre L\u00edneas\u201d. He was awarded the Regional Tehuantepec Isthmus Youth Prize in Oaxaca in 2017.<\/p>\n
