El documental hace un seguimiento a Mar\u00eda de Jes\u00fas Patricio, conocida como Marichuy, la primera mujer ind\u00edgena en aspirar a la presidencia de M\u00e9xico. A trav\u00e9s del relato de su campa\u00f1a en 2017, conocemos la historia detr\u00e1s de la lucha del Congreso Nacional Ind\u00edgena por defender el territorio, preservar la naturaleza y proponer una nueva forma de entender el progreso y el desarrollo.<\/p>\n

SEMBLANZA<\/h3>\n

Luciana Kaplan<\/strong> ha dedicado su carrera a la realizaci\u00f3n, docencia y producci\u00f3n de cine documental. Dirigi\u00f3 las becas de postproducci\u00f3n de Ambulante y fue coordinadora del Curso de Cine Documental del Centro de Capacitaci\u00f3n Cinematogr\u00e1fica.
