A polyphonic portray of a time in Mexico through the life and work of Rita Guerrero, the lead singer of the rock band Santa Sabina. This film gathers the voices of her friends, family and partners in order to remember one of the most extraordinary voices of Mexican music.
Arturo Díaz Santana in a Mexican director. He studied at UNAM’s CUEC. He received an honorable mention at the 8º edition of the program First Documentary Film, organized by IMCINE, CUEC, and CONACULTA for Rita. In the past years, he has been working as filmmaker for TV UNAM and as head of the Multimedia Department at UNAM’s General Administration of Social Communication.
