SYNOPSIS

A refugee at the Ecuadorian Embassy in London, Julian Assange will stop at nothing, despite the legal dangers that threaten to fracture his organization. Risk is a portrait of the power, treason, truth and contradictions at play in the behavior of Assange and his teams.

BIOGRAPHY

Laura Poitras is a director, producer, journalist and artist. She has won numerous awards during her career, including an Oscar for Best Documentary for CITIZENFOUR. Poitras is a member of the Freedom of the Press Foundation, and the co-creator of the Field of Vision visual journalism project.
