SYNOPSIS

Omar and Gloria dance danzón. Gloria is eighty, and has enjoyed this for the past 15 years with her dance partner, Omar, her son. They film one another in an amateur fashion, sharing the way they relate to the dancehall lifestyle.

BIOGRAPHY

Jimmy Cohen graduated with honors from CENTRO University. His feature debut, The Third Path, participated at Distrital, Cinelatino Toulouse, La Habana and other festivals. His second film, Omar y Gloria, premiered at the Play-Doc Festival in Spain.
