The Criminal Justice System in Mexico doesn’t live up to citizens’ expectations. Nevertheless, there are examples of how, when there is a will and a commitment to the real prosecution of justice, a light shines on this otherwise darkened space.
Berenisse Vázquez graduated from the Sociedad General de Escritores de México (SOGEM). She is a founding associate of the Documentary Film section at the Documenta A.C. organization, and has worked as a writer, editor and director in several projects. She has also worked as an advisor for narrative projects at the Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica and for Ambulante’s programming.
Luis Damián Sánchez is a director, photographer and editor. He studied at the Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica and currently works as a reporter and director for Canal 11.
