During 12 years, Rosa Julia, a woman from the mountains of Guerrero, was unjustly imprisoned for drug trafficking. In prison, she learnt how to read and write, and also discovered theatre. Now she works helping prisoners discover art.
Jorge Curioca is a writer and director, the founder of the Río Lejos company. He received the First Prize in Audiovisual Creativity at the Encuentros Navarra contest for his short Insomnes, which premiered at the Gijón International Film Festival in 2005.
