SYNOPSIS

Andreia wants to move out; Leidiane is waiting for her husband who is behind bars. They are both neighbors in a favela in Belo Horizonte, where they envision plans to avoid the daily dangers surrounding them, as they also create a home.

BIOGRAPHY

Juliana Antunes studied Film and Audiovisual Production at the Belo Horizonte University. Baronesa, awarded Best Film at the Mostra de Tiradentes, is her directing debut.
