BIOGRAPHY

René Cardona was a director, actor, producer, writer and film editor during Mexico’s Golden Age of Cinema. Although born in La Havana, Cuba, his film career unfolded in Mexico, and he stood out as one of the most important characters of the Golden Age. From 1937 to 1986, he directed over a hundred films.
