SYNOPSIS

Hugo escaped the violence in Guerrero and wants to make it to United States to meet his father. While he contemplates the whales in Baja California, he shares the murder of his fourteen year-old brother.

BIOGRAPHY

Carlos Morales studied Screenwriting at the Centro de Capacitación Cinematográfica (CCC). He has also collaborated as producer and writer in several film projects. Mournful Sea Symphony is his second documentary short as a director.
