Integrated Privacy Notice for Providers

In accordance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (the “Law”), Documental Ambulante, A.C. (“DA”), with address at [Calle Zacatecas 142-A, Roma Norte, Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City, 06700], is responsible for the treatment and protection of your personal data.

Your personal data will be used by DA to: (i) [formalize the contractual relationship with you; (ii) register you in our registry of suppliers and/or service providers and/or customers and/or subscribers and/or donors (or potential suppliers and/or service providers and/or customers and/or subscribers and/or donors); (iii) make payment and/or collection of amounts due for the provision of goods or services; (iv) manage and comply with the contractual relationship established with you; (v) the analysis and risk management of entering into agreements with you; (vi) consult restrictive lists and financial reports with banking entities and/or governmental authorities; (vii) investigate, verify and validate the information provided by you; (viii) send you commercial information (promotions, discounts and newsletters); (ix) collection, clarification, investigation and billing activities; (x) in connection with a possible merger, acquisition, restructuring or sale of assets or shares of DA. Likewise, your information may be used to obtain, from other publicly available sources, additional information about you in relation to your financial solvency; and (xi) in general, to comply with any legal obligations of the Association related to its corporate purpose and/or predominant economic activity]. Such information that DA obtains indirectly will be treated in accordance with the terms of this Privacy Notice.

For the purposes established in the above paragraph, DA may collect the following personal data: [complete name, domicile, email address, phone and mobile number, Tax Payers Registry number (Registro Federal de Contribuyentes), Unique Population Registry Code (CURP) (Clave Única de Registro de Población)), copy of an official identification, marital status, tax status, nationality, profession or occupation, and sensitive personal data such as bank account information, as well as certain tax or social security information].

In order to comply with the above-mentioned purposes, DA will share with third parties, whether national or foreign, some or all of your personal data. Likewise, DA will ensure, through the execution of agreements and/or any other binding documents, that such third parties maintain adequate administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal data, as well as that such third parties only use your personal data for the purposes for which it was collected and pursuant to the provisions set forth in this Privacy Notice.

You have the right to access, rectify and cancel your personal data, oppose to the processing of such personal data, limit its use or disclosure, or revoke the consent that you have granted to DA process your personal data, by emailing a request to ram@ambulante.org, attention: Roxana Alejo, (the “Request”).

The Request shall contain at least the following information: (i) complete name and e-mail or address to inform you of the answer to the Request; (ii) the documents evidencing your identity (i.e. official identification in force) or, as the case may be, the legal representation of the individual processing the Request on your name and behalf (i.e. signed proxy letter signed before two witnesses attaching copy of the official identifications of the proxy letter grantor and the legal representative); (iii) a clear description of the personal data with respect to which you seek to exercise the aforementioned rights; and (iv) any other information or document that may facilitate the location of the personal data. In the case of rectification of personal data, you shall indicate the modifications to be carried out and provide the supporting documentation for your request.

In accordance with the Federal Law for the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals (the “Law”), DA has a term of twenty (20) business days from the date of reception of your Request to notify you through email or to the address you provided in your Request, the response, and in the event the response is favorable, DA will have an additional term of fifteen (15) business days from the date of the notification to comply with it. The aforementioned term may be extended once for an equal period of time only if such extension is appropriate under the circumstances.

DA or our third-party service providers may use cookies (or other anonymous tracking technologies that do not collect personally-identifiable information) when you visit our websites. A “cookie” is a small text file placed on your computer or device, which helps our websites function better.

However, DA reserves the right to store certain information from these files, so that the next time you visit DA’s website, the information stored in the cookie can be used to make it easier for you to navigate the website.
